Cinematic AI by Delulus is a digital course from Shai Snir and Adi Moyal, presented under Delulus Productions. This is a pre-order: course access begins October 1, 2026. Before that date, you receive an order confirmation and eligibility for access when the course opens; no lessons are available before launch.

The early-bird price is one payment of $1,200 USD for one participant, limited to 500 participants. Enrollment closes once 500 paid places are confirmed; there is no higher-price option for this cohort after it fills. Enrollment is planned to reopen in mid-October 2026 for the second cohort, beginning November 1, 2026, at $2,200 USD. This is a future cohort price, not a previous selling price. The final amount, including any applicable taxes, is displayed before payment. The course purchase does not renew automatically.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and handles payment processing and billing. Your payment receipt identifies the merchant for your transaction. An unsuccessful or unverified payment is not a confirmed place.

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the purchased digital course for your personal use, beginning when access opens. The course includes translated subtitles in English, Hebrew, Spanish, Russian, and French. This describes subtitle languages, not five separately recorded or dubbed versions of the course.

As an exclusive bonus for first-cohort pre-order buyers, your first 30 days from the October 1, 2026 launch include group Zoom support with Adi and Shai and access to our Skool community.

All course buyers are eligible to join the private community; graduation is not required. After the included 30 days for first-cohort pre-order buyers, ongoing private community membership is optional at $90 USD per month and requires a separate subscription. It includes weekly Q&A, webinars, demo days, and personal video reviews. The course purchase does not automatically subscribe you or authorize recurring community charges. Your lifetime course access remains separate from community membership.

Your final project is personally reviewed and scored by Adi and Shai. A course certificate is awarded upon passing the final assessment; purchasing the course alone does not qualify you for a certificate. The purchase does not include future separate courses, individual coaching, or an ongoing promise of new course content unless expressly stated in your offer.

You need an internet connection and compatible equipment. Third-party AI and editing tools, including Higgsfield, Midjourney, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and Splice, may require paid subscriptions, licenses, or generation credits. These third-party costs are not included in the course price and are paid separately under the relevant provider’s prices and terms. Editing tools are alternatives; listing them does not mean you must purchase every one. Do not share your account, redistribute course materials, or resell access. Results depend on your practice and tools; we do not guarantee income, views, or a particular creative result.

We do not offer voluntary refunds, either before launch or after access begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review the course description and these terms before paying.

This policy does not limit any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, or remedies for non-delivery, defective content, or content that does not match what was promised. The limited number of places does not remove those rights. Receiving digital access does not automatically waive them.

If delivery is delayed, or you need to exercise a cancellation right or report an issue, contact shaisnir@gmail.com with your order reference. We will communicate any change to the launch date and handle requests in accordance with applicable law and Dodo’s payment procedures.
